Services that help us

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), email is handled through Google (Gmail), and WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers process data on our behalf. Fonts and all other files are served from our own website.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and applications only as long as needed for the purpose they were sent for, and for programme records and reporting to partners, after which they are deleted.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@jdstudios.africa. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.
